Just wanted to drop you a line to say a great big thank you to you both, and your guys, for the great night we had with you guys for our end of year hotel party.
The service was sensational…your guys were all really friendly and efficient; the food was fantastic too!
I particularly wanted to say thanks for all the little extra thoughtful things you organised for us, like the wrist bands, photographer, the games host. I was so impressed with the effort you went to, to ensure we had a good night.
Our venue may be very different, but last night reminds me that thoughtful care and great service are not defined by the building – it’s all about the people.
Our guys (myself included) had a blast, and those that can talk this morning (ha ha) are raving about the party!!! Well done…
You guys rock…we’ll see you next year!
